our t-shirts are designed to be loved, and we want you to be happy with your order
you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer)
if you decide to cancel your order within this time, we will refund your payment in full (this excludes p&p as these are direct costs)
if you are not satisfied* with your purchase from glo4life.com, please complete the refund or exchange form
please state the reason for your return or exchange on the form and return the goods unused and in the condition they were received (we encourage you to re-use the packaging in which they were sent)
where possible we will seek to exchange items that are defective, the wrong size** or damaged in transit
if we do not have a suitable item to return in exchange, we will refund the cost of your purchase (this excludes p&p as these are direct costs)

we will reimburse the costs of return postage by cheque, on inclusion of a postage receipt with your return (please return using the Post Office's Signed For Standard Delivery service - if you use a different service, we will only refund to the equivalent of Signed For Standard Delivery)
